What is a keto diet?

“Ketogenic” is a term for a low-carb food plan (like the Atkins diet). The concept is for you to get greater energy from protein and fats and much less from carbohydrates. You reduce again most on the carbs that are effortless to digest, like sugar, soda, pastries, and white bread. It is most effective way to loose weight as we directly target fat cells. Which any other diets can’t do we use fat cells as energy.
